Installing your new EjoinTech VoIP/SMS Gateway is quick and easy. Follow this step-by-step guide to get your device up and running in minutes.


Step 1: Unbox & Check Components

Open the package and ensure you have:
EjoinTech Gateway (ACOM6XX /ACOM5XX series)
Power adapter
Ethernet cable/USB Cable
Antennas (4G/LTE & Wi-Fi, if applicable)
Rack Mount

 


Step 2: Connect to Your Network

  1. Power on the gateway using the included adapter.
  2. Connect the gateway to your router via Ethernet.
  3. Ensure your computer is on the same network (either wired or Wi-Fi).

Step 3: Install Antennas

  • Screw the 4G/LTE antennas .

Step 4: Access the Ejoin Dashboard

  1. Open a web browser (Chrome/Firefox recommended).
  2. Enter the default gateway IP:
    http://192.168.1.67
  3. Log in with the default credentials (account:root  password:root).

⚠️ If you can’t access the dashboard:

  • Your router may use a different subnet (e.g., 192.168.0.x).
  • Solution: Follow this guide to reset the gateway’s IP.

Step 5: Configure Your Gateway

Once logged in:

  1. Set up VoIP/SIP trunks (for calling).
  2. Insert SIM cards (for SMS services).
  3. Configure SMS routing (HTTP API or SMPP).
  4. Test sending/receiving SMS & calls.
